I am seeing a ReCaptcha Error

A captcha is displayed for some areas of the site and requires a simple check box action to proceed to the next step. If you do not see the captcha or an error message is displayed, please ensure you are using the latest browser versions.


The minimum browser requirements for the checkbox reCAPTCHA widget are:


Chrome (version 3.0.195)
Firefox (version 3.0)
Internet Explorer (version 7.0)
Opera (version 10.10)
Safari (version 4.0)


If you are not using the latest version, please upgrade to fix the issue. 


Please note - unfortunately even the latest versions of Internet Explorer have caused issues for some of our users. The best solution is to use an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
