How do I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?

Receipts are sent by email upon each successful payment.


If you need a copy of a historic invoice, try searching your for a "Company Check Order Invoice" in your email client.


You can also download your receipt by visiting the My Account --> Membership page when logged in and clicking on the Account management link. 


This will take you to our subscription management portal and allow you to download invoices and manage your payment method, subscriptions and past invoices.





Alternatively, you can get in touch with our support team by submitting a ticket at the top of the page and we'll be happy to re-send it for you.
