Subscriptions are billed automatically every 12 months to ensure your access continues without interruption. You can cancel any time before your renewal date, should your requirements change.
A bill reminder email will be sent 7 days prior to your renewal.
The cancellation method depends on the product you have purchased:
Membership Plans and Single Reports
Cancel your One, Lite, Pro or Enterprise subscription, in three easy steps:
- Visit My Membership (you'll be prompted to log in)
- Click "Manage Account" in the account management portal section.
- Click "Cancel subscription" on the plan you no longer want to renew.
That's it. Your auto-renewal will be cancelled automatically and we'll email you to confirm. Your access will continue to the end of the current subscription period.
Multiple Subscriptions
If you have more than one subscription on your account, you will need to visit our account management portal to cancel your subscription
- Visit My Membership (you'll be prompted to log in)
- Click the 'Manage Account' button in the Account management portal section
- Cancel any subscriptions no longer required directly from your payment portal page.
Membership Plans and Single Reports purchased using PayPal before October 2016
Cancel your single company or director report subscription in three easy steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account profile at www.paypal.co.uk
- Click My money
- In the "My pre-approved payments" section, cancel the subscription
Paypal will email you to confirm that the cancellation is confirmed and your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.
