How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions bill automatically every 12 months to ensure your access continues uninterrupted. You can cancel any time before your renewal date, should your requirements change. 


The cancellation method depends on the product you have purchased:

 

Membership Plans and Single Reports


Cancel your One, Lite, Pro or Enterprise subscription, in three easy steps:

  1. Visit My Membership (you'll be prompted to log in)
  2. Click downgrade
  3. Let us know your reason for cancelling

That's it. Your account will be downgraded automatically and we'll email you to confirm. Your access will continue to the end of the current subscription period. 


Multiple Subscriptions


If you have more than one subscription on your account, you will need to visit our account management portal to cancel your subscription

  1. Visit My Membership (you'll be prompted to log in)
  2. Click the 'Account Management link
  3. Cancel any subscriptions no longer required directly from your payment portal page from our partner Recurly

 

Membership Plans and Single Reports purchased using PayPal before October 2016


Cancel your single company or director report subscription in three easy steps:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account profile at www.paypal.co.uk
  2. Click My money
  3. In the "My pre-approved payments" section, cancel the subscription

Paypal will email you to confirm that the cancellation is confirmed and your access will continue until the end of your current subscription period.
