How do I access documents I've ordered?

Companies House documents

Upon order confirmation, we'll send you an email when your documents are ready (it takes a couple of minutes). You can then view and download your documents two ways:

From the Documents tab of the relevant company page

From your Order history

Credit Reports

Company or director reports are viewed online (you can print on screen if you wish).

If you have purchased a single report, simply login and visit the relevant company or director page and all of the premium credit data will be unlocked. 

If you have purchased a Lite or Pro subscription, visit the relevant company or director page and click Unlock Report to display all of the premium credit data. 

We'll add the company or director to your Dashboard too.
