The most effective way to prevent disclosure is to amend the source. All changes made at Companies House, filter through to our database automatically within 10 working days.
Are you an active director?
If you hold any active appointments, you are entitled to file a service address at Companies House to prevent disclosure of your home address by filing a form CH01. Download the form here.
Further information about restricting disclosure of personal details can be found in Chapter 8 of the Companies Act legislation.
No active appointments?
If you hold no current appointments, you won't be able to file a service address at Companies House but we will be happy to hide the address for you on Company Check. You should note that the address will however, remain the public domain - on other websites and available at Companies House directly.
