Route 53
Our domain and DNS management is provide by Route 53 and DNS Made EASY including built-in failure tolerance and multiple end points and in the case of a DOS attack the ability for quick and effective handling of DNS changes.
Amazon S3
All our data files are stored in Amazon S3. Unlimited storage space across the three main AWS zones allow for planning in the event of one zone becoming unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as a terror attack or massive natural disaster.
Amazon RDS
Saleable, robust database management for our user, logging and systems databases from RDS.
Amazon CloudSearch
Our search system is built on Amazon CloudSearch to allow for continued service across the peaks of any particular day. CloudSearch constantly indexes our data to make sure as we process the different data sources of company information iit is continually updated in real time.
Amazon EC2
Amazon EC2 elastic cloud computing allows us to scale the number of servers according to load. We have a minimum of 4 and no maximum number of servers so that we can set the maximum load on any server to 60%. When the 60% threshold is reached EC2 automatically spools up another server.
Servers are equally distributed across the three main AWS locations.
