All details are sourced from records published at Companies House. There are no restrictions on the publication of company and director data, which is available to view on various public platforms, including credit reference agencies, business directories and from Companies House directly. Company and director records are governed by Companies Act 2006 legislation, the Data Protection Act does not apply to public information.
The only way to prevent details being shared in the public domain, is to remove them from the source - Companies House.
While we understand that some companies and directors have reservations about being listed, we carry no information that is not publicly available elsewhere in the public domain and therefore cannot remove data on our website unless it is incorrect.
